Some of you know me (have mailed things to me) and know my name isn't Nick. Still, since your abortion of an investigation I've received a half a dozen nasty comments through the ebay system from cocky, arrogant jerks that have nothing better to do with their time than to "get back" at me. Some of these guys think its funny to screw around with auctions I'm trying to win. God, just reading some of the stuff you write to me, each other, and your customers is the most obnoxious thing ever.

If you think you have a valid complaint -- then you turn over emails with headers to ebay, ISPs, and law enforcement. You don't do what you just did to me. Roadrunner and hotmail are responsive to complaints that include headers.

If you want to keep me on your blocked list, whatever. I try not to buy from you guys anyway if I know you're occupational resellers. Maybe some resellers are actually nice people (just not the ones who post here). Well its nothing against you as people -- it is my personal choice not to support a behavior that I consider objectionable.

I'm not a vengeful person but God help you guys if stuff starts showing up at my house or if one of you stalkers starts calling my phone.

To anyone on this list who has dealt with me, and has my contact information -- I would appreciate if you would review it and post any blatant conflicts with the information bclarkie and others have posted -- but WITHOUT posting my personal information.

I'm sorry that you guys make the time to deal with this garbage. I don't. I expect this to stop and I expect to be able to buy and sell without conspiring, reselling jerks messing up my auctions. Let me just say up front you probably should just cancel the ebay id.  It's very doubtful you'll ever win anything again using it (excepting Ru Emerson books, bleh) and the only purpose it serves now is for us to track your movements...which is the reason I didn't report you to ebay and get you shut down that way.  I'd rather have you in my cross hairs than have you sneaking around in the shadows where I can't see you.  Plus, I want YOU to be the one that cancels your 8 years old ebay name, a fit conclusion to your campaign of intimidation and sore losing.



To say you aren't Vecnapoop, or the interestingly named Kill-all-Middleman, is to presume a conspiracy so vast and tight knit that the writers of the X-Files wouldn't have aired it as being "too implausable for this show."  To wit:



Someone with the eBay name Kill-all-Middleman with the email address of figurehead_73@hotmail.com tried to buy all the most expensive items in my store and not pay, luckily I stopped them and cancelled the bidder id before too much damage was done.  BTW, as a powerseller I made one 5 minute call to ebay and it was all cleared up......you inconvenienced me approximately 15 minutes, way to go dude.  Anyway, I figured the email address was a fraud....until a smart ass, bullying, threatening email came in from it shortly afterwards, meaning it was a legitimate location of the guy that tried to buy my stuff (yes the headers match, you imbecile...you think I didn't check that first thing to make sure someone wasn't sending from another address?).   



Oddly enough then, things started falling into place when BC linked a myspace page based in Tarpon Springs, Fl (forget the name "Nick", probably a fake name given the homo-erotic tone of the myspace page; probably just a page to troll for other gay friends, not anything wrong with that) to the email address.  Then, imagine everyones surprise when the address Tarpon Springs coincidentally enough matches the guy who had to overbid me on an item the day before (I buy very little on ebay and it was easy enough to see who had outbid me on the last few auctions) and has an About Me page where he rants about "evil Middlemen".  To top it off, looking as guilty as a fox caught in a hen house, the next day you cancel the incriminating Myspace and About Me pages??????  I just have one question: ARE YOU KIDDNG ME?  I'm supposed to believe this is all a set up? (whoops, two questions).



There are only three possibilities: One, that you are innocent and all the interesting tidbits are COMPLETELY coincidental, such as the email user having a Tarpon Springs address he shares with you (not LA, not New York City, not Miami, not Dallas, no, TARPON SPRINGS); You having to overbid me on an auction the day before; and having an anti-reseller rant on your about me page; or, Two, that someone for some reason, you don't know who or why, is setting you up for some reason by manipulating things into the perfect frame; or Three, that it's you and you got caught pants down and dick in hand, and are trying like crazy to salvage something (not your rep, that's gone dude) by finally manning up and responding in this forum.



I'll take #3 for $100, Alex.  Sorry, I am by nature a very skeptical person but the chances this is a coincidence, or that you were set up, are so astronomical as to be discounted.   I am also however a very forgiving person by nature, and not shitting you if you had responded by email or in this forum apologizing for your asinine behavior  both this time and as Vecnapoop, or simply faded away, I might have just left it at that.  To come here and try to bow up with that weak ass nonsense is the height of arrogance, befitting the email I got the day someone tried to mess with my livelihood by telling me they were going to hound me until I stopped bidding on items on ebay.

I also would like to add that I have never harassed you or sent you anything except an email to your address asking you to desist emailing me or bothering me anymore.  Harassment and stalking are not my style, and frankly I don't have the time to waste screwing around with you since I'm running a business here.  Honestly I think that stuff is counter productive because it gives the victimizer a false sense that THEY are the victim here and increases their arrogance to the point they try to justify their criminal behavoir with even more outlandish BS. Case in point.....



Anyway, if you continue posting (please just go away, but you probably wont), if you could answer these questions:



1. Who is setting you up and why?



2. Why did you cancel your Myspace and About Me pages a day after the incident?



3. Do you think it's odd someone from the same city as you (which is not an urban metropolis with a million people I take it) sent the taunting email to me?



4.  Do you think it's odd that someone who hates resellers, like yourself, would just happen to try and sabotage my online business a day after I drove up the price on an item you won a bid on?



5.  Without resortng to aliens, time travel, or clones, can you possibly explain the incredible series of coincidences that led us to this point if you are truly not guilty?



I really don't expect any answers because the arrogance in your tone as you write in this thread perfectly matches the arrogance of the threatening email I got the day of the incident.  Look, let's be honest here, you are mad because you flubbed up and got caught, not that you are being unjustly accused.  You got sloppy...it happens in the heat of the moment. Obviously creating a fake email address would have been preferable, obviously leaving your Myspace page linked to the email was a boneheaded move, not waiting longer between winning the item and trying to sabotage my business showed impatience,  and the taunting email was just the kind of lame ass crap that got the Riddler ass kicked by Batman on so many occasions.  Hey, they even caught the Unabomber finally, everyone makes mistakes.



The advice I would give you is to become invisible....fade away into the woodwork, forget about Ebay for awhile, go fishing out there in Tarpon Springs somewhere, and let us FORGET about you.  I mean, right now every single day the first thing someone MIGHT be logging in your ebay name to keep track of your auctions; but who knows?  In a few months without activity they might just blow it off, and you can get back to trying to win modules for 59 cents or whatever.



But your chances of winning anything in the next few months?  I'd say NIL, and I'd say it with confidence. The sudden upsurge in RPG interest I feel will drive up prices, probably on the VERY SAME ITEMS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, which in some cases are items resellers like myself can profit from by buying then jacking up the prices so as to supply ourselves with expensive Cuban cigars and Glenfiddich scotch as we sit back in our leather recliners and laugh about crushing the "little guy" inbetween our cadillac-driven vactations to Martha's Vineyard.



Because I know your ego won't allow it, I'll become very uninterested in anything you are looking for on ebay if you apologize on this forum for your boorish behavior. I don't see that happening though; shit like you will go down swinging rather than admit they got caught in the act.



Let me also promise you that if ANYTHING like this happens again to my ebay auctions, I'll be on the phone immediately to Ebay with your REAL name, address, ebay id, screen shots of your myspace and Aboutme pages, and other pertinent info, getting your ass booted for good, and see if I can find any sort of half ass lawyer to file harrasment charges against your lying ass, as well as sue you in civil court for causing a loss of money to my business...and you think things are inconvenincing you NOW?



Oh, and interestingly, I have a LOT of relatives that live in Tampa, so travelling there to prosecute your lame lying ass is NO problem...

I get outbid all the time on ebay, often by people on this site, but I don't do anything about it except write an About Me page in the hopes that it bothers you and disuades your customers. All that the paypal addresses from the past few years will prove is that I am who I say I am and that I've never had a Roadrunner address linked to either paypal or ebay which makes sense becuase I've never been a roadrunner customer. It will also not have "Nick" or "figurehead" anywhere in it.

To pull back the curtain a little, I was cooking dinner at the time and handled the problem between throwing the green beans in the pot and the chicken in the oven.....it sounds like YOU are the one heavily inconvenienced by our mysterious friend. Now EXACTLY who does it seem has the "enemy"?

We are talking family, friends, or yes, close enemies that know you very well.  Honestly it sounds like he has to live nearby, I'd start there.
