Thanks for the kind words, Walter. It was great meeting you and having you in the game. Your party did a great job, definitely top three of the six times I've run this adventure at conventions.  

Just got back from a trip to Cross Plains, TX and the Robert E. Howard house with Steven Winter, Zach Glazar and John Lile, finally drinking a beer, eating a fried brisket pie, and relaxing after a fun but exhausting weekend. As always I think this con was the best one yet, and I believe when it's totaled up we will have had our best attendence ever. The con brings such joy to me and many others every year I know Doug and I are doing something right. Each year I try to thank everyone that contributed but there are just too many of you, so I usually just shout out a generic thanks, but I'm going to try to point out a few people who really came through this year and went above and beyond the call of duty:
Thanks to everyone that donated something to the con for the silent, live or Midnight Auctions.....our only revenue streams besides the Squeaky Cage Tickets.
Thanks to serving wench Jessica Hanchey for calling up a few friends to fill in Saturday and make sure everything ran smoothly;

Thanks to Robert Badolato for the job he's done the last few years with the Gladiator and Chariot tournaments. This year the Chariot race finals had it's most ever (12 racers) and the Gladiatore tourney was filled up again. The amount of youngsters that are now interested in having fun doing both of these is a result of his enthusiasm and competence running the games. His post-race/battle wrap ups given before the live aucitons are hilarious.
Thanks to Bill Webb, Krista Webb, and all the Frogs for making the NTRPG Con their annual thing. The support you guys have given us the last few years means so much, both with sponsorships and attending with your family. I've watched the kids grow up and was proud to see Jillian running a game and doing a great job, the kids are chips off the old block.

We were provided some digest size copies of some adventures printed just for the Con by other vendors, Pacesetter games (sold out) and by Chris Clark (also sold out). The reson they were sold out was we only got about 15-25 copies.

The Con did not produce any digests this year. We have a couple in the works, but working with lots of moving parts (ie: old stuff to scan, artists, etc etc, it doesn't move as quick as we'd like).

We do have a limited print run of lithographs of the painting Jeff Easley did at the Con in 2014. I'll get more details posted about it in the week or two. Even it didn't go as planned since he was suppose to be at the Con in 2015 when we had them printed and sign and number them. We had them available at this Con, but I think only about 15-16 sold out of the 75 available and still don't think everyone knew (not getting a confirmation until late on Jeff's attendance hurt that as well). While he was there I "think" he signed them all, not sure he numbered them all, and I know he didn't get to remark them all (all sold were remarked, and some we have left are).

Once we get a count, we'll post what we have available and costs. It's a nice print on archive quality paper (I'll get the measurements as well)

I think you bought one of the first prints for sale which means you probably have #1 or #2!     I came up to Jeff Easley's table early Thursday morning and asked why he wasn't numbering the prints.  I think he then asked me how many there were.  I think I said there were 75 and then he said that he had already sold a few.  Oh well, I thought.  Anyway, I went up to him later and saw that he was then numbering them, but he was writing the number on the art which made it difficult to see.  The number I saw on the top print that day was "5."  Or maybe he started at #1 after my comment?  Who knows?   Doug, probably.

I posted a detailed play report with pictures HERE of my Dungeon of Dracula games, the KnKA Forum, chainsaw's AS&SH adventure, my Swords & Six-Siders game, and the Keep on the Borderlands. I got to run some teenagers through the Caves of Chaos for their first time, and the way the adventure ended is just classic.

I did have some negative experiences this year that I wanted to make Mike and Doug aware of, because I'm not sure if I was just unlucky or this is a new trend.

During the day-time auction, people standing near my vendor table had set their drink down on my table. I asked them to move their drink. I came back in later and they had set their books and boxed sets down, not on my table, but on my merchandise on my table.

It also seemed to me that there were a lot more no shows from people who signed up for games, not just for me, but I've heard others mention it, too. I don't recall this many no shows in previous years. Was there a weather problem or something going on?

I expect to have some no shows for games early in the CON, due to travel and flight delays, etc., but as an example, I had 8 people sign up for my Saturday evening Keep on the Borderlands game and only 4 people showed up.

I apologize for people not respecting your vendor space, that is uncalled for. At our next venue, we have a separate room for raffles, awards, auctions... so hopefully that will help

As for no shows, it was the weather, we have about 45+ no shows at the Con, many many due to weather problems... people flying on Wed had flight cancelled until Friday NIGHT and thus opted NOT to come at all, had one whose flight cancelled Wed did not get rescheduled until SATURDAY, so they cancelled. The weather was not our friend this year for sure.

+100 to Frank's idea.  Variety for us vegetarians would be super awesome.
