I think people did notice it...they just weren't sure where to post it...

It's the new TrollandToa...err NobleKnight that overprices things  :D

According to "The Rares" section here ( http://www.acaeum.com/ddindexes/rares.html ), the value in VG condition should be about $1400...which makes it $1000 overpriced 8O

Don't trust this one. Generic ad' and no evidence of condition. Lack of pictures and use of stock photo indicate deception by omition. Seller is fully aware of the need for honesty and clarity and the value of the product and has chosen to omit the imformation for a reason. What that reason is, only they know.

It has been suggested that there is also a version 1.2 of LC5.

If you can deal with rustic staples and a creased box lid, this 4th print whitey is worth a look:

Interesting item for some I'm sure:

Not sold on the opening price though.  I guess some of these go for more than others.  Just not sure what part of the range this one falls.  The stain doesnt help, that's for sure.

Hey everyone,

The item above leads to a question I have.

If the item looks interesting enough, are you willing to take a chance to bid on an item from a seller with 0 feedback?

How much are you willing to risk?

For myself, I just can't commit myself to trying for an item from a seller with 0 feedback. With the postage costs that I pay to have items I won shipped to Hong Kong I feel it's not worth it.

Best regards,

Ronald

yeah, I guess it's a tough call if you're overseas. With Ebay's purchase guarantee here in the U.S. I probably wouldn't worry about it, though I definitely would ask some follow up questions about whether there's any writing or other problems in it.

If you have someone here in the US that could bid on it or other items you're interested in, I would think that could help you out a bit. As well as with shipping, too. Maybe just keep aggregating your purchases too over time and then ship out groups of stuff.

Agreed, if it's an interesting item and I don't have to worry about overseas shipping, I'd go for it.

It is even worse for sellers who have several expensive items for sale and a bunch of Zero or low feedback bidders start bidding on a bunch of them... :(

now THAT is scary!

All three Monster and Treasure Sets.

Plus the cover and ONE sheet from Outdoor Geomorphs : Walled City.

Along with perhaps complete T1 and S2 monos.

Have a strong feeling that some of those are incomplete, maybe none of it is.

Starting price is $99.95

OK: Outdoor Geomorph Fanatics: Here is your chance to prove that for Outdoor Geo's just the cover alone is worth $50...

I could not see all the rest combined being worth more than the other $50, even if complete.
