Tonight at midnight, the NTRPG Con site goes live! Registration of games begins, and we hope there aren't any problems. So far all the tests have gone fine.  Remember the site will be slow at that time due to many factors so don't be discouraged if it takes awhile to long on or get confirmation.

The software should prevent you from registering for two events at the same time, or that cross time slots.

Remember that every slot for games hasn't been filled yet, and you don't have to register for every slot (I wouldn't recommend it! ) Keep some space open for new games that might pop up, or just rest and recovery.

I don't know the process for un-registering for events (if something comes up, you can't come, or you change your mind) but I'm sure Doug has more information in that regards.

Great fun watching the events fill up after midnight....

You can tell all the Acaeum go-getters that were up late!!!!

The site has a great feature, click "Attendees" on the event description and it lets you know who is registered for that session, so you can actually see who you are gaming with.

For the seminars, there is plenty of room (30 seats) and we should be able to accomodate everyone that wants to listen, but please do sign up if you want to attend....amount of sign ups will let us know if a session is more or less popular and whether we should change the time or subject.

Most popular games the first night:  Award goes to Black Blade Publishing!  TacoJon's Sunday morning game is almost filled (9 players, one spot open); Grodog's Castle Greyhawk session Friday morning is almost full (7 players).  Congrats guys!  Remember even if sessions fill up (and I'm sure a few will by Monday afternoon) there remain a LOT of spaces available in other games. There will be plenty of gaming goodness to go around.  And also remember if you are running a game and only a couple of people have signed up, we are expecting another 50 or so attendees by June so some of the sessions will ever so slowly fill up over the next four months.   We also had a lot of "walk ins" last year and I'm sure we will this year; quite a few games last year only had a handful of signups and ended up full as the game started due to walk ins.

Anyway thanks to everyone for the great start!  The software (so far) is working perfectly and no one has had any sign-up problems.

I will be running a basic Castles and Crusades Adventure (Fantasy) for Players who have not yet played C&C.
(I welcome anyone who wants to play though )

I  do not have copies of the newest Core Rules Books, so this game will be run using the previous printings of the C&C Core Rules Books.

This game is not going to be an official sign up game, however I do want to know ahead of time (if possible) if anyone wants to play.

Game System: Castles & Crusades
Number of players: 3-6 Per module (I can go with up to 8 players, after I add in an extra Dragon at the end... ).
Pregens/Level of Characters: No Pregens; Please create a *single class PC at the game, or have a PC (or more than one) ready for me to authorize;
1st-3rd level (PC levels based on number of players)
Setting: Yggsburgh Campaign Setting: Region: The East Mark, Little Hillwood.
Time needed: As long as the Players wish to continue …minimum 4-5 hours.

* NOTE: for making this game session easier for new players, unless there are only 3 or fewer players, NO multi-Class PCs allowed.

Short Description: Long before the Archmage Zagyg moved into the depths of the great castle that came to bear his name, he took up his dwelling in a house North of the fledgling town of Yggsburgh. The house there he built and around it a great fence. Here he hid himself away nestled in the depths of The Little Hillwood. The Mansion has long been abandoned and rumors persist of groups of Goblins and other humanoid bands going into the mansion to loot. But they never last long inside, and most never leave once they enter.
