The radio station in question is overamplifying their signal.  Couple this with what's likely a poorly grounded antenna and you will bleed all over the signal spectrum (which causes the sounds to come through all sorts of things).  A few years ago we lived near someon with a home CB set up that did something similar (I got out of the shower one morning to some mans voice in my living room...freaked me out).

Give them a call and ask them to check their antenna and how much power they're putting out.  If all else fails, complain to the appropriate regulatory agency in Melbourne and they'll get a knot jerked in their tail for not taking care of it themselves.

Shithead and Lady Shithead there are actually arguments WHY you should have HOAs. If anyone of my dumbass neighbors parked a car in their front yard, arm in sling or not, I'd be on the phone in five minutes to get their POS towed.  45 minutes?  How long does it take to unload your car and then move it?  Then he fixed the kids breakfast?  Why am I thinking that if his car hadn't been towed it would STILL be sitting right in front of his door right now?  Not only that, but I'm VERY suspicious that this was the first time something like this happened with him..probably more like the 10th or 11th time, and some neighbors just got fed up.....

And Lady Shithead was waiting for a "warning" for something that she knew was against the HOA policy anyway? WTF?  People baffle me when they do something against the rules and yet wait for a "warning" before they change their behavior. My wife and I would love to get a pop up camper but the HOA forbid them being parked in the driveway. So we either have to make room in the garage (fat chance), or rent a storage space. Or we could be idiots and buy one anyway and park it in the driveway waiting for the "warning" letter before we decide what to do. Just like Gnat and his trailer hitch thing....

These people knew the rules and broke them. They are EXACTLY the reason HOAs were created.  As much as I hate the rules, we don't have any dumbasses in our neighborhood parking their cars in the front yard or worse.  Unfortunately the 95% of us that obey the rules have to suffer for the 5% that think they are still living in some East Texas shantytown and can "forget" to mow their grass for two months while putting their car up on blocks up front of their house.  One of my neighbors down the street decided to park a moving van in front of his house for a week....for what reason I don't know....and after TWO weeks the HOA told him to move it or lose it.  He finally moved it...but I have no reason to believe it wouldn't still be there if he hadn't gotten a letter.

My youngest brother could tell you tales....he lives in a HOA-less neighborhood in south arlington. It's a brand new neighborhood, but he's already had to call the Arlington Code Enforcement over neighbors who have constantly parked more than one car in their front yard, one who dug a fire pit in his front yard and was barbequeing every weekend in the fire pit, and another that turned her yard into a tropical jungle by not mowing for over a year.  

So while HOA's stupid rules make me grind my teeth sometimes (especially when I get warnings about weed treatment AFTER I have been dumping weed killer like rain all over my yard for weeks....) it does prevent the clueless idiots from holding the entire neighborhood hostage with their idiotic behavior.

I don't know, Mike.  In the land of the free should you not be able to have a BBQ pit in your yard if you want one.  If you own land you should be able to do with it what you want.  If I want to paint my house in a Tri-color scheme of Pink, Yellow, and Purple I should be able to do that without Mike's consent.  HOA's are communistic.
