Was just wondering who on this board had managed to win which items from the latest auction?

Did anyone here snag the S3 1st Print? or the M2 with Skip William's letter?
Also the Legions of the Petal Throne? Those were the three items I was looking at.

In the end I came away empty-handed.

But there's always next time. :)

Best regards,
Ronald

I won the S3, Ronald. EGG's own play copy of one of my favorite AD&D modules, written by him? Yes. I can't wait to see which two pages were "ripped" out (I assume they're still present, though the description was a little unclear on that score). Too bad there aren't extensive handwritten notations. Contrary to my usual standpoint, I'm really hoping for the some pen and pencil marks that went unnoticed :).

On an unrelated note, I'm a little surprised too that the Lankhmar board game went for so little, but I had no intention of going any higher on it. Not as interesting (to me) as one might think.

You really know how to hurt a guy, Frank. :)

I felt a great disturbance in the Shrink, as if millions of modules suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened (with the R1.)

Hello Mrs. Cleaver, Theodore.

Gee, Mrs. Cleaver ... That certainly is a lovely dress.

We won the B5A which I thought was a steal also. I remember years ago we were needing a copy and bid stormber up to $180 on an open copy.   :)

Available now from Die Cast Games: Night of the Black Swords by Allen Hammack (Author of C2-The Ghost Tower of Inverness) with artwork by Jeff Easley and Diesel.

Hey guys,

Nice one on the B5A!
I've been doing some comparisons of ending prices for the 3 Gygax auctions so far.
Might be a way to calculate trends for the next one.

For the B5A ending prices:
1st auction: US$162.50
2nd auction: US$261.93
3rd auction: US$162.50

Interesting that your winning bid was the same as the first one. :)

Best regards,
Ronald
