Since they were originally digital files (and freely given), they should be floating around the Internet. I found the quoted text at the end of issue 1 that I found using a google search.

LC5 and LC6 are covered briefly here:

Although, I don't know if the description about them is quite right.  Both of these are RPGA only releases and in some of the documentation, "A Player's Guide to the Living City" is referred to as LC5 so I think this code is official (although I don't think the product was ever printed with the code).  This item has a higher quality print job and comes in shrink from the RPGA.

The Procampur and Trumpeter issues are basically just extras to throw into the lot.  I haven't done much searching on the Trumpeter but I found a website that lists some contents but and looks like it previously held the electronic files but the links are dead (will have to do some searching later).  This could be similar to Legends of the Lance newsletter where TSR produced and shipped out some copies but the PDFs were also available for download.  The copies I have listed could go either way but if done in house they were probably just laser printed.

Procampur is an "official photocopy" - take that for whatever it means to you.  I bought it with that label associated with it (from a reputable seller) and am selling it that way.

LC5 is an official TSR/RPGA product - (comes professionally printed, shrinked from TSR) available only to RPGA members.  Calling it "uncommon" is an understatement.  Both LC5 and LC6 would easily be a rarity 5 here (and would be among the rarest of the class 5s).  Why these aren't listed here, I'm not sure - I think they should be (at least LC5 anyway).

Pricewise, I think $300 is fair for LC5 alone - which gives you an idea of the value I place on the other items in the lot.  Other common R-series and RPGA modules in shrink would sell for at least this much and probably $100+ more.  We see a few copies of the R and RPGA modules every year but usually only 1 LC5 every few years and LC6 not as often as that.  Until recently, I didn't know about The Trumpeter newsletter.  NK recently sold a similar "official photocopy" of Procampur for $175 (I think - can't find the price anymore).

Some extra info about LC5 and LC6.

LC5 come in three different versions: 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0. All three are definitely rare. I couldn't come up with decent info about LC6, actually this is the second time I see it labeled as an official photocopy, I wonder if there's a version which is not an official photocopy.

Pricewise, I'd say that about $200 for each of the pieces is to be considered the right price.
