Holy Crap.

The Saints just finished making the game of the week into a bad joke.  The Pats rolled over on their backs and the Saints urinated all over them, and Bellicheat pulled his QB with more than five minutes left in a football version of taking his toys and going home.  Just incredible.  No one is beating this team, it'll be the Saints vs the Colts in the Superbowl, and if they play their cards right both teams will be undefeated...wow.

I'm fine with it, no reason to injure starters. I seriously doubt the Dolts will make the SB, they aren't nearly as good as their record shows.
The Saints could easily go undefeated all the way.

Please remember the "Dolts" have compiled this record with more than a few injuries to key players.  Most of the starting defense has been out more than three games.  I do agree we  will not go undefeated because Coach Caldwell has already said that is not a priority and he will rest his starters once homefield is locked up.  

However, no team is better at finding ways to win.  Saints have not had to come from behind - Do they know how to play when behind?  Whether you favor the Saints or the Vikings you will fear the day your team plays the Colts.

I disagree.  The missed FG with 5:20 left is just the kind of momentum changer a team like the Pats could use.  Hell, I've seen Tony Romo throw three TDs in five minutes, you can't say Brady wouldn't have a chance.

Like the 4th down decision awhile back, I think instead the decision speaks volumes about what Bellicheat thinks about his defense...that continuing to score wouldn't help, since the Saints would just shred them again for another long TD.  If you have faith in your D you put your offense back out on the field and hope you can get the ball back quickly.  I don't think the Pats have that mindset any longer. And you aren't going far in the playoffs with a defense you don't trust.  Peyton and the Colts will destroy the Pats if they meet in the playoffs....I don't think the Pats will be able to beat any offense that can put points on the board quickly, as the Colts have proven they can do.

As awful as the Cowboys have looked this season, I am heartened by the fact this is the best defense I've seen the Boys play in many years.  That will keep them in games they have no business winning.
