The Jeff Easley print is larger and in many people's opinion a better work of art, but it's not quite as old and there are ten more Easley prints than Otus prints (75 to 65).  Still, my guesstimate is that an Easley print would sell for about $300.00 unframed and $450.00 professionally framed.  This is assuming the print came with its Certificate of Authenticity and was in mint condition.  If the print number was exceptionally low, it might go for a little more.

For the Otus print, unframed, I'd put it up here in the Classifieds for around $300 and see what happens, I bet you get a taker! For the two prints we sold at NTRPG con, the second one had about a $100 framing job so at $450 the print itself was probably $300-$350 of that.  I know the guy that won it wanted to display it at his game store and thus the fact it was profjessional framed was a huge selling point to him.

I think I was confused. I thought it was about the Otus print, but I re-read the posts above and I think you're right that he was talking about the Easley print.

I looked back at this thread but didn't see cimmerian's name on the Otus print list

Speaking of cakes, how do you know you're at a bulimic bachelor party? The cake jumps out of the girl.

Anyway, open the print up and admire it.  It's not like it's in shrink or anything.  Taking the print out is easy if you grasp the inside corner of the print and twist it inwards until the print loosens from the sides of the tube.  Also, read the adventure; it's designed more to be read than played.  The adventure contains numerous, humorous Acaeum references.
