On a tangent, as it was a new thread posted in direct reaction/answer of this thread and discussion...

But where did Pipswitchs' thread about men having periods go..?? I know I didn't dream it, cos I followed the link he posted...

Now its gone. Pip? Did you delete it for fear of reprisal? I thought it was rather interesting...

I didn't realise you could delete a thread once it was posted to!  :?

Heartwarming.

Not only did he drive to her house but it was what?  45 miles away?  Oh IBL too!

And it was during a violent snowstorm, and he had to drive uphill - both ways - in a 1976 Ford Pinto with no brakes, a bad transmission, a missing cigarette lighter, and the radio couldn't pick up any decent FM station . . .

If it is the creep, or whatever his name was, then I for one welcome him back. He is tuely hilarious. You can wind him up and take the piss out of him all day, with no need to feel guilty. You can roll this guy's IQ on a d20, and he has all the communication skills of WalMart shopping cart.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

While it's sometimes fun feeding the trolls, it's not fun to see long-standing members of this forum sniping at each other in anything less than a good-natured manner.

It almost reminds me of Dragonsfoot.

Wow. That's two well known posters returning in 24 hours. Traveller and Serleran. Welcome back. I guess convention season keeps you guys busy.

I couldn't agree more. Let's stick to stoking the trolls and not take snipes at one another.

I've been too preoccupied to go to the conventions. Though a lot of it is due to lack of planning. I have to plan for Gen Con next year.

Mine had brakes, but the rest is spot on. Of course, the reason it could not pick up a 'decent' FM station was that the radio was AM only.  :D

I should ask Otus....it's from one of the mini-games he did the art to (Saga?) and since that game was smaller all the artwork was sort of...smushed....and thus the poor troll gets squashed.

But yeh, my take would be he's about to drop a giant-ass troll dump on a well used trail so a clueless adventurer will get it all over his boots while the troll hides in the bushes watching, giggling to himself.... :D

I've gotta say I haven't laughed so hard in a long while.  Thanks for that guys.

Hey!

I just wanted to post on this strand too.

And...I must point out that my contention that some 1st Edition printings of the Players Handbook are greener and have a different texture has never been fully explored and certainly not de-bunked.

(We need some sort of emoticon that looks like a troll.)
