Glad to see you will be attending Allan. Any chance of a jaunt through some of your Castle Greyhawk levels?

And I just noticed this morning that there are now 27 registered attendees. Are you guys sure we wont be needing a bigger conference room at the hotel? :wink:

I think the capacity is 41....I'm thinking not everyone will be in there at the same time...or will they? Either way it's already way above my expectations.

Now to work on a scheduled game or two....

Paul Jaquays is now a GO! According to the email he sent Doug his conflicts are gone for the weekend in question. We are going to be VERY excited to see him...anyone know the last con he attended? Get all your Dark Tower inquiries ready. Maybe a question and answer session Saturday morning or evening?

Also, Rob Kuntz is still in the running since LGGC is now off.

...Yes, LGGC was canceled for Lake Geneva, as the Troll Lords moved it from there to Arkansas, where I believe it will remain. The word of this was spread at GaryCon1,...

apparently, the Winter Dark is being moved to Arkansas and LGGC is still on... I think Robert might have been confused...

but I hope he stays that way since he is thinking of comin to the North Texas RPG Con now....

Although someone should probably tell Rob...hate to lose him, but I'd feel worse if he only came here because he thought LGGC was off..... :cry:

Just noticed that there are now 30 attendees listed. At this rate there might be 60 or 70 people signed up by June.

Do you guys have a contingency plan in place if there isnt enough room at the hotel for everyone?

I'm hoping everyone won't be there at the same time. Barring that, Seating capacity at the hotel meeting room is actually 50, so we should be able to accomdate up to that many at one time. I think some more people will trickle in but I doubt we will get anywhere above 50.

LGGC is apparently NOT happening after all according to Serleran...
