I agree...this is hard to find, mostly because it can confound searches...you actually have to see a picture to realize what it is.

There are a number that float by being sold as just the Gazetteer.  Although much rarer than the mass produced copy, this isn't all that tough to find.  This is the 6th copy that I have seen on Ebay so far this year.
