Relax Kingofpain,

The "foreigners" all have some sort of wacked out metabolim that lets them burn twice as many calories as you and I.  I do remember the omelette Alan was eating, I think it is advertised as "bigger than your head".

Al, is somebody making you do this? Do I know them? Do you want me to sort them out?

Is there anything you'd particularly like sent? Footie scores, Bottle City updates? Good luck to you!

Good luck Al!

I'm sure you learned a lot after completing the marathon last year.
Watch out for them blisters!

I was thinking about you heading off to a warm climate after trying to chop some of the ice off my front walk (in some places it is over 10 cm thick).

The race started today so probably wont be any race updates for a couple of days.  Keep in mind you can start sending messages to him now.  I just sent one earlier as a matter of fact.  I am sure as soon as an email comes through from his boss on his status, someone here will post it.

Yeah, sent one to him as well.  I think you can send him multiple times if they run over the limit.

Like any idiot who doesn't read the whole thread, I've already sent a couple of sympathy mails believing the race had already started and Al was all but expired, crawling through the desert on hands and knees. Ah well, next one is for real then.
