Craig, we don't have refunds, but we will hold the ticket for you for next year (Doug automatically does this, it's the default)  I believe he has transferred tickets before, but the procedure is kindof a pain in the ass for him, and we still have about a dozen spots open this year. You might just let it roll, safe in the knowledge your attendence next year is already paid for!
