Each of the Beholder compilations can't be any "rarer" than R7-- on my modified Sheldon scale (i.e. "estimated number in existence 4-12, but with a very good chance of more turning up"). R6 (13-30 copies) or R6- would probably more sensibly "cautious", to be honest, given the popularity and longevity of The Beholder, frequency of association, and resultant likelihood of "sleeping" copies out there that haven't been binned.
