That clear packing tape turns out to be awfully expensive for the buyer. (where's that face-plant smilie I want to insert here? ;-)

Great example of a meme-stock like effect on a shiny looking ebay auction.

Great example of a meme-stock like effect on a shiny looking ebay auction.

The seller describes the condition issues fairly well, but the packing tape is hard to see. It looks like the tape might be adhered to the box in one area. This set could have been exposed to high humidity, too.

Hopefully the bidders were aware of the issues.
