Many thanks to JohnGaunt, whose 7:20 am arrival makes him the first attendee to arrive, and the reason I will probably get an abbreviated night's sleep...bastard!!!  :D

Hush the cryin... I am still up ...

I am going over everything, printing more badges and putting together another 3 packets, printing some more iron ons, then I need to run down and get some bags of ice to get all the drinks iced down for tomorrow... then put the snacks in boxes by price... then load all this stuff in the truck...

Heck I won't be to bed until 0300+ and I'll be at the hotel before 0900 ... so sleep is not a luxury we have until Monday !!!

If you need me to pick up Brian at 0720, just let me know.

Those benches outside the airport are not comfortable at all (but at 0720, nothing short of bed feels comfortable), lol.

Have fun, and I hope to win something in the raffle! Or, I'll go yap about how unfair it is, and that you should all get screwed. Wait... that's not too bad. Enjoy the con, though, seriously.

We're heading out in the next few minutes. It should be a 4-5 hour drive; Closer to 5 if the traffic on my way home from work was any indication. We'll pop our heads into the gaming room just in case anyone is lingering. I'll be the tired-looking chubby guy in the black pearl-snap shirt and wonky fedora.

Looking forward to seeing everybody there! Good gaming!

Or not...

The GF just called and said she had a minor emergency and is going to be "at least an hour" late(r). So, you folks will likely be dreaming of sugarplums by the time we roll into town.

Sorry guys can't get the live website to work yet....

Jon Hershberger (Tacojohn) just made a major announcement here at the con.

He is converting the entire DCC line for 1st edition!

First release at the con is DCC7 Secret of the Smuggler's Cove...

Later releases are The Blackguard's REvenge, Crypty fo the Devil Lich, Lost Tomb of the Sphinx Queen, Golden Palace of Zahadran, and Devil in the Mists...

Check out the website www.black-blade-publishing.com for more info...

I am bird-dogging Tim's game and it is a hoot...!
