Low grade R1 with a $115 bin

That has been listed repeatedly with a slowly decreasing price.  I don't know if it's just the condition holding people off, but I vaguely seem to recall an issue with the seller was mentioned, or I could be misremembering.

Areas of interest/knowledge: Harn, WFRP, Ars Magica, anything BRP based such as CoC, Runequest, Pendragon and all their related games

I don't think I posted here about the seller, but I did have an issue... Left him my first and only (and hopefully last) ever neg feedback.

I draw the line at collecting... D&D beach towels.

Shoulda been: ".. from Pangreenia to Floratopolis, from mystical Treeonia of spectral Forests to Schruborial dimensions." - The Forests of Leng

I've noticed this one for a while too with price slowing decreasing... What's turned me away from it is the single, bad blurry photo and no photos of the problem areas he talks about in the description:

"staples have rusted and cover is loose. Has been highlighted and written in (small writing) minor damage caused by moisture but all in all given the age not bad condition at all - pages are uncreased."

"cover is loose" - meaning it'll fall off when being packed and/or opened (if it hasn't already)

"minor damage caused by moisture" - what's this, wrinkled pages? brown stains?

The seller refused to allow me to pick it up in person. At the time I believe they were asking 10.00 to ship it.

They said it was against Ebay policy to allow personal pick-up..

I just ignore them now...

The former.

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Silly rabbit.

Those SP's can go for more than low-number Dragons.

Isn't that a copy of the Strategic Preview hidden behind that DRAGON #1?

Isn't $350, like, a pretty good price for those two items?

Ya, $350 is still a good deal - I suspect it will go higher yet.  Figure $200-$250 for Strategic Preview and something similar (or more) for Dragon #1.

Something I have never seen.

TSR Foldover paper Matchbook with Lizard Man Logo.

Only $54 with 2 days left. 8O

More than I would pay for this, but in truth this might just be an extreamly rare find.

I wonder how many of these were handed out free at the original TSR Game shop?

Did one of the matches from this book light up a smoke for someone we know from the old days at the original TSR shop?

If you search the archives, I think you'll find we've talked about these before.  I think this is the 3rd pack I've seen go by - all of them selling well.  I vaguely remember some chatter of value depending on how many matches were left :)  BITD match books were something that lots of people had done up and so did TSR.  I remember a number of weddings I went to as a kid where the couple would have personalized matchbooks for everyone to take home, etc.
