So the guy can list them but not note individual condition? Lot of questions to ask before bidding on this one. Are they complete? Which items are in the 'fair' shape (what do they smell like, must, cigarettes, the pet?) Which items have highlighting or writing, etc... Right now it is pretty much a pig in a poke.
