I know, I'm not complaining about what you wrote or situation. I'm in your court on this. I was just responding to what some (including the seller of the item you got) thought of the way you worded your request.

There's straightforward and then there is curt. This seller's message contained two "please"es, as contrasted with:

This isn't even a request, it's 4 statements. Call me crazy, but it comes across as a bit petulant to me.

The thread is entitled "What did I do wrong here?" after all.. IMO that's what.

Yup.

I agree I could have Begged the seller to do the right thing (posting feedback, six weeks after I posted his).
But what I sent to him was not worth sending back a fumming Cuss out of a response.

Dude was/is IMO an overreacting madder... :roll:
