I second this motion.  My mailman is a sadist.  No hard creasing fortunately, so a couple days laying under two copies of Ptolus have "ironed" things out.

My mail man does the same thing even after I have requested that he not do this.  Drives me crazy.  I always request any purchases be shipped in cardboard boxes rather than just an envelope.

Good quality packing boxes aren't cheap over here and many people seem unwilling to find ones to recycle...

I recycle boxes like crazy.  I am always asking people to give me their Amazon boxes or whatever.  However, I mostly ship minis, and boxes aren't as critical for them.  Many of the boxes I use aren't the right size, but I've learned how to modify them so they are close to a custom fit.  I'm sure all of you know that if an item moves within a box, it'll only get damaged further.  

I read the adventure last night, and really liked it.  I can see where it could easily be a TPK.  Life is hard.  Deal with it.

Modules should be arriving at Brett's location any day now. He is distributing locally in Australia. All copies are included including RC3.
We can discuss mailing cost later, if at all.
I have been working on a more efficient international ordering system and a Standing Order Program as we speak.
I am not going to offer subscription or pre-orders. But I think I have the details worked out for a Standing Order Program that will reserve first printings for those on the list without requiring a purchase or any funds whatsoever.

I too would like to be on the standing order list.

When I first started the limited print run thing, I figured 100 copies would be more than enough and I would have stock to sell for quite some time. I am being forced to rethink the 100 copy limit right now. RC3 almost oversold (it actually did because I will not be sending any to Noble Knight) and I think I have exactly one for me   .

The next few releases are all AD&D/OSRIC and I wonder if 100 copies might actually be too tight. Maybe not. But the RC modules were all Basic/Expert mods and the customer base was certainly smaller - from a player perspective and maybe even some collectors. Who knows.

So I will battle with that magic number - and this is a good problem to have. I never expected it, though.

And as a side note, RC1 continues to sell at fairly sustained rate in the second printing form. I had no idea what to expect, but it is interesting for sure.
