Greyhawk is not included within the OGL rules. You cannot publish materials using that setting or name. I don't know about Undermountain.

Now I'd say it is possible if you develop an adventure in Greyhawk or Undermountain and gave it away for free, or at a nominal printing cost, that would be covered by fan fiction legislation. But you'd be looking at a challenge before you could be sure.

I think you pretty much hit the nail on the head. There is absolute shock when many of DF posters see a Rules Cyclopedia sell for $40. You have to wonder if they have priced new games at all.

That's too bad.  Concerning the OGL, does one have to pay royalties or get permission from WotC?  Or is it just print a page in the back with the legal boilerplate?

I know fan fiction on the net is generally safe from IP challenges, but physical printing might be problematic.  Even if we can't use TSR/WotC IP such as GH and FR names/places/history, I'd still be interested in 1st Ed. AD&D and Basic D&D adventures by some of the esteemed posters on this board.  I could see it as a whole series and do quite well.

That sounds easy enough to print the OGL and no payment is necessary.  

What might be interesting is a compendium of 1st Ed. AD&D and/or Basic D&D adventures written and compiled by Acaeum members.  Just an idea...

Not one of those. Oddly enough, I am not really sure why I picked this one in particular. I think I selected for a number of small reasons. It is B/X  low-mid level, it is a full-length adventure, had some new monsters and was previously playtested. And I liked it!

I have two adventures; one that was going in Dungeon (The Screaming Temple) as a side quest, and the other Eruptor's Legacy which was accepted for Polyhedron. The Screaming Temple is out with proofers and playtesters right now. Eruptor's Legacy will follow very shortly. However, both are what I call micro-modules. They are about 16-20 pages as opposed to a more standard 32-page module.

Following those, I have two convention tournament modules in production: The Lost Caravan and Storm over Skyreach. These were run at Michicon and Gen Con, respectively.

Beyond those I have about 10 more that are in various stages of re-writes and editing: The Blood Cult, The Vampire's Curse, The Great Race, Legacy of the Unknown (sequel to B1 In Search of the Unknown), among others.

Great stuff on selling all the first print Bill!  

had no idea there was such a production line coming along! Good luck with all those and no doubt, you'll have a great audience waiting and a very busy time ahead!

I have been thinking about a combo module...Then I talked myself out of it...but now I am back to thinking about it.

There is talk over at Dragonsfoot about a B/X screen. I have not followed it too much.
