Yes, that's right... this weekend, I'll be grilling up a bacon explosion. But, it won't be an ordinary, weak-in-the-knee experience. No. I'm not down for that. I'm taking the basic recipe and modifying it serleran-style, complete with hot seasons and cheese, to really get the heart to stop beating. I think I'll add in some deep fried Oreos, just for giggles.

Well it seems I have my first ebay/Paypal dispute/problem.

I put a bunch of my old PC games on ebay, and anyway some dude in South Korea won. I shipped the lot on the same day I received payment. I usually always do, or at least the next day. I live next door to a postal outlet that is open 7 days a week til 9 or 10 pm.

The buyer states that he didn't receive the items. He opened up a Paypal dispute. We have sent a couple messages back and forth, I have sent him scanned images of the post office receipts.

Paypal has taken the total the buyer paid for the items from my account, now I have a negative balance. The dispute has been escalated. Paypal sent me a message telling me I need to respond. For 2 days I have been trying to respond, but everytime I click on the 'RESPOND' button I am redireted to another page saying 'Sorry - Last action could not be copmpleted...'

Paypal says that if I do not respond within a certain amount of time, they will refund the money to the buyer.

Well I have tried to respond. I am not giving a refund because I sent the items, once the postal service has them, its not my problem anymore. I am not an ebay store, I just sell crap that I am done with. I don't even care how much I get for my auctions. I could careless about negative feedback, thats not an issue here.

What I am wondering is, How likely am I to lose the $32.00 USD? If Paypal takes that money from me, I will close my Paypal and ebay accounts. To hell with them.

Do you have an alternate browser program installed on your computer to see if you can get past that button? I can't remember specifically on Paypal, but on some other sites I need to try one browser over another to get through various pages.  For instance, if you're using Internet Explorer, try logging in through Firefox or vice-versa and see what happens.

If worse comes to worse, definitely call Paypal within the day or so.
