Here's where I think we stand so far on participation and print number assignments.  People wanting 2 prints have print (#1 ) and (#2) beside their name.  Your print number can shift up or down depending on multiple factors.  You can trade numbers with someone as long as both members state their intent on this thread.  However, we still have until about February before this list is close to finalized, so I recommend holding off at least until then.  Remember, the maximum number of prints is 75.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if the ~ $180 for the art print includes shipping?  I may not make it to Texas this year (again!)... I'm already going to be in Katy in March...

Also, when is payment expected?  Right away or when the print is completed?

Thanks!

The payment does not include shipping.  However, the price will go down as more people participate and more prints are bought.  If we get 65 prints sold, the price will likely drop to about $170.00.  If we get 75 prints sold, the price will likely drop to about $160.00 a print.  Therefore, theoretically, the $180.00 initial stated price could include shipping if we sell more prints.  I will emphasize that these prices are projections only.

Payment is expected after the print is shown on the thread at which time you can decline to participate (just like the previous projects).  We usually allow two or three weeks to get your payment in.  You can pay just for the print if you like, and then if you don't make it to NTRPGCON, pay for shipping later although we prefer participants paying for everything at once.   8)

Really ?

Do I really need to post :)

Mike said something about I needed to drop and post ...

so here I am...

Yes, I'll take a print for sure, and the Con would appreciate a print as we'll auction it of sometime in the future.

Also, I'll promise to cover any prints that don't get taken due to people dropping out etc.

Hi all,

I'm not in.  Been told very clearly that I cannot display and seems a shame to keep going in when the other two are stuck in the tubes they arrived in.

If anyone is interested in buying my original two (#27), then maybe you can take my spot and have three LE prints all #27.

PM if interested, (forgot to mention, I'm in UK, but happy to arrange overseas if required).

Jon

The first page won't be updated.  It was just where we started from.  As the thread gains additional interest, new lists of who is in and who is not will be generated.  This is because most print numbers change up and down depending on who is in and who is not.  This also creates an historical record of how the list evolved...or something like that.  8)

Howdy all i have an operational question: a friend of mine who is not a collector (but a player and artwork collector) is interested in joining the project. Now is it better that he subscribes here or that i manage a second copy request on his behalf?
Thanks and ciaooo

We would always like to have someone interested join the site. Part of the purpose of the project is to attract attention to the Acaeum and fellow collectors!
