If you are taking maybes you can add me in.  I am running a trade day event that isn't scheduled to end until 7, and since its the last slot of the day and the demo probably will not be finished in the time we have we may run long if people are having fun.

My fiancée and I will be there, unless my surprise possible-promotion at work screws up my vacation.

I and my daughter Caroline plan to attend.  Be aware it will be her 16th birthday so plan on telling her how pretty she looks and singing happy birthday to her.

I'm going to update the restaurant in the next day or two.  I'm hoping we have enough for a private room.  If anyone else is still thinking about attending, post and let me know.

Just 11 days to go!

I am sorry for the late hour of my "finding" this thread...I have been sorting a bunch of details for my GenCon trip and this detail has eluded me for weeks!

Is it still possible to add to the list of dinner guests?  If so, I would like to add one (and possibly 1 or 2 other) attendees for dinner.

Hahaha - no, I'm afraid not much chance of that, stratochamp. My possible guests are more common men of earth.  Jasoomians, as it were.  But not unknown to you, methinks. Still sorting details.

I was just informed yesterday that I am going to be there. Did not know that Frank had committed me to an event I was unaware of.

As I am not a regular on this site, and as I never, EVER, assume I am invited to anything, I had made other plans and have now cancelled them, disappointing 5 or 6 folks.

If you are going to do these things, how about a heads-up? I am grateful that you have had me to dinner before, make no mistake. I usually have a good time. I do not much care for German food; no wonder they want to take over France. Sorry we're moving from Buca.

See ya.

Sorry about that, Tim.  I had just assumed you and Frank had that mind-meld thing going . . . .  You should, however, assume you are always invited to the Wednesday night Acaeum dinner every year, at least as long as I'm going to Gen Con.  But if I organize it next year, I'll make sure to let you know.

We're now up to potentially as many as 30 at the dinner, which I think would have left us spread around Buca.  The only place I know in Indy that has rooms large enough for this crowd is Rathskeller.  Maybe we'll try somewhere else next year.  Suggestions are always welcome!
