Curious, has anyone else had problems with the following since the last site update?

1)  When I attempt to submit a post, if I take longer than approximately five minutes, the site requires me to log back in.  This causes me to lose any text I have typed unless I save it beforehand.
2)  After awhile, while typing, I will notice a significant lag time between when I make my keystroke until the text appears.  In some cases I have seen it take more than ten seconds.
3)  When I use the Preview option it will not always work.  About half the time the page just fails to load.

I'm using IE 10.  I know, I know....but I'm one of those people that have had far fewer issues with IE over the years than Chrome or Firefox.

This one happens to me frequently - I'm using Chrome.

What Mars was talking about used to happen to me frequently before, but I'll check this out while I'm logged in. What I'd have to do is select all of my text right before I hit "preview" or "submit" and then choose copy, just so that if the log-out deal happened, I'd still be able to paste back everything I had written.

I've definitely noticed that whatever setting you changed Foul has made a big difference on that issue of being logged/timed out while in the middle of the composing messages for the shorter duration. I used to have to often preview the in progress message or doing something else in a separate tab to maintain being logged in so that I wouldn't lose what I was writing.

edit: I don't think it ever mattered what browser was being used since it happened to me on both pc's and mac's using a variety of IE, firefox, opera, safari, etc.
