Gen Con - "the best 4 days in gaming" -  but the worst 5 nights for sleeping (time for that at work the next week).

The will call line opens at noon on Wednesday, and remains open . . . ALL NIGHT.  So feel free to take your time at dinner.  Whenever you head back to the convention, you can pick up your badge and tickets.

I just discovered that I DO have a roof to sleep under on Wed., so I will be glad to attend and will be coming with Frank.
We are flopping in some cheap fleabag Wed, then move to that other, more expensive fleabag (westin) on Thurs.

They had no problem giving us the Pope Room last year for the entire afternoon. Perhaps if you  reminded them that we are mostly the same bunch, they might be more likely to commit. We tipped the hell out of our server last year.
