That's the same seller as the last copy of this poster.

Wanna bet that lofenloc gets this one too?

Not only the same seller, its the same picture too.
I recall the light/flash problems at the bottom left and the top right of the picture.

And yes, I would be willing to bet a nickle on Lofenloc to win, or at least to place......

Does he have a history of collecting multiple copies of the same item?

Occasionally he does.
What Lance wants, Lance gets. I don't ever recall seeing him overbid.

Yes, he does sometimes collect multiple copies.  Although I don't know how intentional it is.  Like most of us, it could be due to a certain amount of disorganization.

Lance... I just call him the eBay Assassin.

Good spot Aneoth.  I thought it was the same seller.

Okay, how does T&T get away with an item description like that? Someone please 'splain it to me.

Paul

Dangit.

I was all ready to hit the watch it button, when I realised the one I was looking at was priced at a start of $49.99 for Issue No. 2. 8O

And for No. 1, the seller listed the start at $99.99!  8O

I passed up on a No. 2 that sold for less than $25 a short time back.

They aint all that rare to warrant 50 and 100 prices. (IMO)

I really think this seller will be keeping issues one and two there.

The other five issues are not rediculously priced at $25 though.

Meanwhile, I will continue to look for that illusive No. 2.......

Umn, second issue of SR that is.

Quick glance at his completed bids by item over 30 days (thanks ebay) gives 386 bids... and... 386 wins 8O

Actually, shouldn't they be pretty rare? They'd be easy to fake. What was the print run on Strategic Review?

I honestly do not know how uncommon they are, but I see them on E-Bay at least a half dozen times a year, if not more.
Not complete sets, but individual issues.
I have had two complete sets plus the set I have now that is missing Issue two only.
I would pay $25 for issue no. 2 and not feel like I spent too much.
But at $50, plus...?

I will wait rather than pay twice what I think I should for one.
Perhaps others have less patience though, and it might get $50 plus.
And Issue one might also get $100 plus, but I wont be the least bit surprised if they both are unsold at the end.

Strategic Previews though are quite rare.
Drools at recalling the last set of three of them that a member here snapped up.... :)
