Here's a brief update:  55 people have paid so far!  The deadline to pay is April 6th.  At that time, all people who have not paid, or made arrangements with the committee, will forfeit their opportunity to participate in this project and people on the waiting list will be given a chance to pay.  In a couple of days I'll list all people who I believe have yet to pay.

The printer has scanned the art and sent proofs to the artist.  Once the artist communicates back to the printer regarding corrections, our art will be printed up within weeks.  Then all prints will be shipped in a custom crate to Badmike in time for NTRPGCON.  At NTRPGCON, Jeff Easley will number and sign each print.  He will also sign the Certificates of Authenticity.  Following NTRPGCON, prints which were not picked up will be shipped, hopefully within a week or two but it could be longer.  Badmike will provide shipping updates on this thread at that time.

If you want to be on the waiting list, or if I failed to include you, please make sure we have your name.

Please, no private messages.  8)

Oh, that caused a belly laugh Chris, thanks for the humor.   No, but seriously, these should be out much faster than last time (I think I was shipping until August).  The EO print shipping caught me during a bad persistent illness, coupled with the con, I was so exhausted I was having issues with all the shipping and it took far longer than it should have. Shouldn't be a problem this time.  Anyway, everything should be out by July 1st at the latest, everything works out ok. I will definitely keep everyone posted.  Hopefully so many people pick up theirs at the con I'll only have to toss a couple tubes in the mail this time.....

With regret I'm going to have to pass.

If anyone is interested in purchasing the first ALEAC project print #29 drop a PM. It's mint and still in it's shipping tube.

#17  Sorry guys, but I'm gonna have to let this one go to someone in the waiting queue.

This year has been a little strange, hense my absence. It is an awesome piece of artwork, and the committee deserve our gratitude for their efforts on commissioning these works. I can't wait to see the pictures of these prints framed on people's walls.

Maybe next time, a little set of Acaeum minis? Acaeum Adventurer's Set #1 perhaps?

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Finally got around to paying.  When you next post, BJ, list your paypal addy again, so slackers like me don't have to dig back so many pages.  Thanks for making this possible for us.  Can't wait to get my print from MIke at the NTRPG Con.

Good idea.  I am requesting you Paypal your money to me at my e-mail address which is: (deleted 8-13).  All payments need to be made by Paypal in USD.  Make sure your PayPal payment notice (the "message" section when you fill out the form) includes your Acaeum username as it may not be otherwise obvious.   :)

Paid.
And since the amounts haven't been mentioned for 4 pages and 75+ posts,
repeating this here so others don't have to go dig through the 17-page thread to find this crucial info.   :?
