Wow that's great! Nearly 2 years ago it was completely different!!! I wrote a post on my susbstack with the outcomes and they were far away from this level of quality!

Ill say it again, gosh I wish the art was better. I want something that will kick me in the groin and kiss me at the same time. This stuff is just a cure for insomnia...and its not just me noticing...

Sorry, but DnD’s new Monster Manual cover is painfully bland

A quick word about limited edition books. If every book has a limited edition variant cover, it loses uniqueness and becomes just a cash grab.

This looks interesting… why wouldn’t they have a complete book on Greyhawk?

Retro DnD world Greyhawk returns in new Dungeon Master’s Guide

I’ll just chalk this statement up to the writer being extremely young…

“Though Greyhawk isn’t as famous a DnD campaign setting as the Forgotten Realms…”

Greyhawk is way better than forgotten realms...always felt that setting was a bit bleh

Greyhawk is definitely less "famous" than Forgotten Realms.

Simply because of the reach of the Baldur's Gate series & Drizzt books are both (at a guess) the highest selling D&D items of all time (including all actual D&D books).

Also there are just loads more D&D players globally now - and Greyhawk has been pretty underutilized by the modern modules crowd.

Edit: Also the D&D movie is set in the forgotten realms

Greyhawk has always been my favorite. However, from 3E up I have zero interest. The guys here in vet housing have a 5E campaign and have been hounding me to join, but it would be easier and the same experience to just fire up the XBox and play Assassin's Creed.

If you hit a Rowsdower, you get to keep it.

Finished up listening to the 'When We Were Wizards' podcast. Pretty Good. Granted a lot of the subject matter has been covered in many books about the history of TSR.

But I did learn about many other things by listening to this podcast. Good Job!
