Grug 4 - Mike 1 (I looked when they were still up - with shipping they were a tad more than i wanted to pay - never mind, there's always another one!)

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.

I know what you mean, Al. I looked more closely at one of those auctions and there are some really good things in there (one auction has some OD&D supps, a 2nd or 3rd print MM, what looks like a 1st print DMG or PHB, lots of JG stuff...) so, I'm sorely tempted, but, its still got 6 days to go... so, watching I shall do. Don't you dare snipe me lofenloc! Heheh.

I talked to the seller today...they indeed have a case they purchased from a failing business many moons ago....nice pickup for them, and reselling them at a very nice price consideriing that might have been the original price they sold for back in the day...

$18.40 postage to ship to Canada. How big is the package for this item?

Is that reasonable postage?

He could ship First Class for way less than that, but that is around the actual cost for Priority International.

In the ladt year, the only package we have had lost was to Italy.

He didnt say he wouldnt ship to ITALIANS, just Italy.

Cheers,

i have had one parcel go wrong to italy, but i do believe that was the fault of the buyer, not their postal system. as the book was returned to me, there was no biggie. i have shipped many times to italy otherwise, with no problems, and i see them as great folk to deal with.
