Ditto!

a side-question: what will be done with the original artowork? (soory maybe you already explained that and i missed this part...)

The artist will still own the artwork and can mostly do what he wants with it, eventually.  There are some limitations outlined in our contract regarding making prints from it, and if he wants to sell it, the committee has first rights to it and things like that.

Paypal payment sent!
Once again, thanks for all of your efforts on our behalf.
This would not happen if it was not for the committee.

Paid.

Did Paypal change their options and fee structure again?  I was going to make a "personal" payment using my account balance so there would be no Paypal fees but I no longer see this option.  There is an option to send money to family and friends but even that has a fee for a simply account balance transfer.

Well, after some serious consideration I've decided to back out.  I love the artwork and I congratulate the committee on everything they have done to see this and the previous project to completion.  But money has become tight recently and I've got other things to worry about.  If there were no alternates waiting in the wings I would have already paid and this would be a non-issue.  But I figure that by passing on my copy, someone else will get it that will be able to enjoy it more than I will.

Which means, the next person on the waiting list, jcp, has two weeks from today to pay or he loses his spot.  If someone wants to PM him, that's cool by me.   8)

It sounds like people have been quite generous in bowing out. If I'm blessed to be at #75 let me know when you'd like payment.

Since zdaddyo bowed out, you are now at #75!  Congrats!  You have two weeks to pay, but sooner is better than later.   :)
