I've found out that I can learn the most by keeping my mouth shut and my eyes and ears open.  I think dbartman can vouch for me, since he was my first dm back in college and turned me on to the Acaeum site.

As for me, I'm an engineer at Ford Motor Company and a collector for the past 3-4 years, but have always enjoyed playing and am getting my son into it now too.

There, Kingofpain89,  my first post.

Keep on smiling and eagerly anticipating GenCon 2008.  This ought to be a blast.

Yeh, but if guys like me kept their mouth shut, I'd only have 1000 or so posts and I'd have learned so much by now I'd be 10 times as smart.....hmmm.

Looking forward to meeting you at Frank's game/Gencon!

So ......  True Dungeon tickets go on sale on Sunday.  You guys want to try and do an all Acaeum trip into True Dungeon?

I will try and reserve a whole slot (8 Players).  Tickets are $38.00 each, there expensive but probably worth it.

So I need 6 guys to volunteer to come (me and the wife have the first 2 slots).

Very simple RPG rules no feats etc.  I have tons of tokens to flesh the party out plus you get a few at the door.

Let me know via PM or post and lets get a group together, this event usually sells out in minutes so I need to know prior to the deadline of 9:00 am (PDT) on Sunday.

Lets geek out :D

When is the True Dungeon slot? I misunderstood and thought Blackmoor said it was Sunday morning; he was saying he has to sign up by this Sunday morning....

Yeh guys remember to let Frank or Al know if it's going to interfere with those games, as I'm sure there would be plenty of backups should someone drop out...

For those maybe having to leave during the game, just have a shrew swarm devour their characters. :D

Not proud of it, but once when my brother had to leave a gaming session during a critical juncture for something stupid, I had his character captured and raped by orcs.

I know, immature. Ok, I had only been DMing a year or so, and it was almost 30 years ago, give me a break!!!!  :D
