Assuming the seller's count is correct (I'm too lazy to count all that!), $4.18 per item is a pretty nice deal. I think there's a number of 'ifs' that can sway that statement in either direction, though, such as 'if' he's counting all the minis in a box as separate items.

That sold for a lot more than I would have expected.  I believe his 670 count does include a count of 230 for the minis and 240 for the Dragon magazines.  At which I'd say both are on the losing end of $4.18 each.

If you count the Dragons and minis are extras for taking the whole lot then its $14 for each of modules.

There was insufficient condition info provided, period.  Someone may get hurt there.  And even if everything is perfect, etc. the upside isn't too great.  He got a great price for minimal work, imo.

Well that went for a hell of a lot more than I expected as well. Now I wonder if he will get paid. The last $1000 in bidding seems to be between feedback 9 and feedback 111 with feedback 9 winning. That is some serious speculation on those Dragon's with mailing covers because the bulk of the auction is miniatures, common Dragons and common modules.

Depending on condition Dragon mags #30+ are fairly common, and #50+ are common in high grade condition (and fairly worthless in VG condition).

So there are 21 Dragon mags that may have a decent amount of value with the mailing covers (depending on condition). Some miniature sets, and some decent modules as well as the Silver Ann set (which is about $100+) all depending on condition. Even at $50 each for the 21 Dragon mags that is only $1000 of this sale price. The most expensive single item is the Silver Ann set, then the DL11 depending on completeness, coindition and unpunched counters. Then at about $50 there is an X10.

After those the value drops quickly but the bulk of the modules are in the $3-5 dollar ranger (less normally if you are buying huge auction lots).

This seller did wonderfully out of this auction, but it was the last two bidders that pushed it so high. Top dollar and beyond for every single item listed.

LOL. Try moving around 2000 White Wolf, GURPS, Battletech, Palladium, etc books.  It seems like almost every day I am shuffling these around.
