I pre-ordered from the Malhavoc site using the white-wolf.com checkout and am 99% sure my copy was not shrink wrapped.  It was however signed and numbered 428 of 1000.  I wonder if this is another item that might have been shrink wrapped down the distribution line like Upper Works or if only the signed and numbered copies were shrink free.

Are there are selling price variances between non-shrink signed and numbered vs. shrink unsigned vs. non-shrink unsigned copies?

The two copies I have both came from boxes sent by the manufacturer to the stores. Inside the box is a shrink wrapped copy of Ptolus and a copy of the Night of Dissolution. I know that numbered copies exist, but I am not sure if those were ever shrinked. I still have one of the boxes that Ptolus and Night came in. In fact, that is how I am storing one right now. Ebay does not seem the right place to sell them as they go for less than $200 there, but Amazon previously had listings that have since sold (from my monitoring) in the $250-$300 range USED, not new in shrink. The difference is why I was thinking of listing on Amazon and why I started this thread.

My copy just has the signature and numbering; no certificate or other loose  provenance sheet.  As to the cd, it contains .pdfs of the Player's Guide to Ptolus, Night of Dissolution, Chaositech, and the Banewarrens.  Plus .pdfs of handouts and a searchable glossary & index.  Noticeably missing is a .pdf the actual book unless it is hiding in plain sight.

The packet includes the following (not an exact list): an 8 panel double sided map.  Side 1 map of the city.  Side two included maps of "The Spire", "Jabel Shammar" and "The Dungeons"

Many 8.5" x 11" glossy loose sheets including a Player's Notes sheet with small print city map on the back; Events in the City card; Random Encounters List; Filling Campaign Needs; Character sheet; Ptolus At a Glance; region sheet; various floor plans/maps; sample news sheet; various adventure prop sheets including Wanted poster, Proclamation, Identification Papers, License to bear Firearms and a Restaurant Menu.

Here's an auction on ebay that went for $263,89 for a Ptolus incl. Night of Dissolution.  The first that i've seen that goes for over 203.
