I know T&T has a bad rep in this town, but I have never had a problem with them. My shipping has always been accurate - they combined several ebay purchases on multiple occassions.

Also, condition has alwasys been equal or better thant their lame ebay description. Now, keep in mind that I never buy anything from them that costs more than $10 and usually around $5. The shrink thing can be aggravating, but I get pull it! :D

Never bought from others.


And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

Of those listed I have only dealt with Noble Knight Games.
Any questions that I had before purchase was answered quickly and courteously.
Shipping has always been prompt and items well packaged.

Briefly:

NKG: my order history is so embarrassingly long ... I can only hope the wife never sees it.

Troll & Toad: one order, years ago, before I new better. Slow service, inaccurate grading. Never again.

Titan: Tonya King could give her games away for free and I still wouldn't order. Some of her actions from her big-time eBay days were just unspeakable. She will never get my support and, by extension, neither will any enterprise affiliated with her or her family.

Depends on what we're comparing?  Price?  Accuracy?  Customer service?  Shipping costs?  Selection?

It has been a very long time since I have purchased anything but Noble Knight Games along with the Dragon's Trove is where I predominately shopped {besides ebay}.  Their service was nothing but stellar.  I do have to agree with Xaxaxe.  I could have probably made 2 mortgage payments with what I bought from NKG.

This is just an overall personal preference question on your experiences in dealing with the listed resellers.  So maybe the criteria should be your satisfaction as a customer.

My perspective collecing D20 items influences my opinion.  I can see how classic, out of print items would be better on Noble Knight.

I understand where you are coming from.  Most of the 100+ auctions I bought from T&T where newer items such as 4-5 copies of the D20 Blackmoor items, DCC, other newer RPGs.  The prices where great.  In total it was around 150 pounds of books.  I ended up paying more for shipping than I wanted to because they were shipped out in 7 or 8 boxes when really only 3 were required in the end.  But overall, the price was still relatively good (the hassle was not though).

For out of print stuff, NK probably has a better selection although the prices are high for most of the items that I am interested in.

For me the big deciding factor related to this question was customer service.  But I can see where others would be moved to vote for T&T (especially if they haven't had any major problems) because the price on items they are looking for are cheaper there.
