I've been pretty lucky with what I've gotten so far, never had problems like mold or water damage or anything, just condition from normal wear and tear. Occasionally some hand written notes in the modules or markings on the maps, which actually kind of add to it in a strange way, like you get a module that has some misc. notes here and there and it feels like you have something that a group went through and adventured in before.
