Just a note, the Cardinals (much like the Lions) are the league laughing stock, never been to a NFC championship game or superbowl, and have a history of lunacy. Even as the home team this week, I think many expected the Eagles to take them apart. Great story for QB Kurt Warner, who won a SB with the Rams and in later years was tossed aside, signed with the Cards as a backup, only to redeem himself this year when Card's young QB Matt Leinart flamed out. It will be a great storyline if they hang on to go to their first SB.

Honestly, I'd say the Steelers are supposed to win, but like the Cards the Ravens have been shocking opponets all playoffs. I'd call that one even...

Well congrats to the Cardinals.
Was hoping for 2 6th rounders..well maybe a 4th and 6th in the Superbowl instead???

I guess I will be pulling for the Cardinals in the Super Bowl this year. God knows I dont want the Steelers to have six Lombardi trophies before the Cowboys do.

Besides, it would be nice to see Kurt Warner get another ring before he retires. Big Ben should have a few more opportunities left to get a second ring.

Steelers looked good last night, as they did last week. They look very much unbeatable at this stage, with all aspects clicking pretty well (aside from the punting, that is).

I have a hard time imagining the Cards knocking them off, but then again I thought the same about the Eagles. I'd say if Hines Ward is good to go, the Steelers should win it handily, but if he's out, it's going to be a close one.

I am going for Arizona, also. Can't stand the Steelers.

However, I do think the Steelers will probably win. Don't take too much from the the Steeler win over the Ravens. The Ravens offense is one of the most pathetic in all of the NFL. Arizona has a much better offense. May not lead them to victory, but it should make things more interesting.

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

I too am going with Arizona on this. I think Arizona's QB is playing better then Pitts. Also Warner has a history of winning the big game. He will do what is needed to win - like throw the ball away when he has nothing. Something Pitts QB has never learned. Could be a close game. Pitts defense is much better than Arizona's.

therefore routing against AZ would feel somehow, disquieting.

I think then, Cards 38 Pittsburgh 24

I wonder, in genuine curiosity, would that be a point of pride for Cowboy & 'Niner fans? or just a curiousity?

(locally, we know very well how many championships our hockey club has won compared with the more, um, Montreal-based club has... :evil:
