Would be good in theory however you'd still get the real twits with an ax to grind who'd try to go out and create a hundred accounts just to get someone they don't like cancelled.

Actually would creating that many accounts even be feasible? 8O

You are right.  There are people who would do that.  Or they would use the community forums to whip up hate.

Still, I can't help but feel that Ebay can improve on its product for sellers and buyers instead of seemingly basing all its functions and decisions on making money for share holders.

Truth is worth finding and life is too short to work for money.

And on that day Satan will ice skate to work

(you're right of course, but it's never going to happen I'm afraid)

You can never have too much of something you didn't need in the first place.

Item number(s):

** expired/removed eBay auction **

Message: I know for a fact that the Ebay user to_the_victor_go_the_spoils:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... 0157365036

Is using at least 2 other user ID's to shill their auctions.  These 2 other users ID's are mordor_mupppet:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... 0158825173

And also legionarre:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... llFeedback

All three are from or have been located in Pennsylvania at one point with to_the_victor_go_the_spoils now currently being listed in Florida, however less than 3 months ago she was also listed in Pennsylvania.  Additionally, I know for a fact that both the to_the_victor_go_the_spoils and the legionarre ID's actually are listed under the exact same real person's name.  On top of that this individual also used a fourth ID not to long ago that has since been suspended called this_is_mine_so_piss_off! that was later switched to member78245 who was also located in PA:

http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d ... llFeedback

Please take care of all of these ID's ASAP as this individual is causing lots of people problems with these vioations.  Thanks.

Here is where you can go on Ebay to report them.  Just click on the email us near the bottom of the page:

Report this jerk off

Reported her.  Thanks!

bclarkie,

I tried to send you a pm but it seems to be stuck in my out box.  Any idea why it's not going through?

That's what happens when someone's Inbox is full.  Bclarkie must be a busy guy.  :D

A message stays in your outbox until the person you sent it to reads it.  Once it is read it then gets moved to the Sentbox.  So if its still in the Outbox, it just means that Bclarkie hasn't read it yet.

Correct, I hadn't got them yet. I did now though. :)

I was doing Geneaology research on GS today and this posting popped up and it's very curious to me. This person doesn't own a computer or a cell phone and is a retired grandmother. I would like more details on this as I know she has no idea someone was using her name (good name that is) in this manner.

Why were you doing genealogy research on her?

Obviously you haven't read the other threads. You got pegged immediately. Nice try, Grannie!

Exactly!!! Thats what directed me to this site. I was searching just other Stralik family members and not having a lot of luck on ancestry.com so I just googled her. GS is shocked about this and I am helping her take steps to get this corrected. The person who was using the Stoneboro, Pa address is not GS. GS lived in Pa and retired to Florida but knows who is behind this and action against them will probably be forthcoming. I suspect they might monitor this site too. It doesn't appear that any other transactions have taken place but I am waiting for Ebay to respond.

I hope that wasn't directed at me.

Imagine the shock from someone who never uses a computer. The person in PA was a childhood friend of  GS, who's son is the D&D collector. I'm not sure how all the ebay names come back to the PA person as I tried to look at them but only one is still valid with no recent activity. My question here is was this person selling on ebay or just trying to buy?

It is pretty obvious that it was....

Regardless....if you are who you say you are, there are no answers for you here.  Have fun getting screwed around by Ebay.

However since you are more likely not to be the person you say you are, why don't you save yourself some time and the forthcoming ban and stop trolling this forum?  :?

I hope you are who you say you are, bongue.  There are people here who will find out.

The standard procedure is for someone who has been caught red-handed on Ebay to come here and try to invent a cover story.

That isn't to say that you are not legitimate...and best wishes to you.  I hope the lady in question really exists.
