RPG Geek also did this once, when they were first starting out offering points or credits if you uploaded images to their site.  Some numbnuts basically took all the scans he could find from Ebay and put them up, I know this because most of the Dungeon magazine scans were mine (yes you can tell if you know what to look for, as Mars said)  Wasn't worth my time to bitch about, and at least they werent claiming ownership like RPG net was at that time. If I take an image from The Acaeum (I have never done so from ToT to my knowledge), I always attribute.

Thanks for the info, Mark and Mike.  I didn't recall these details, and it is clearly very disappointing.  

Has anyone reached out to Fred Hicks (president of Evil Hat) to insure that the new print editions do not abuse the rights of the folks here and at ToT who worked so hard to provide scans of books from their own collections?
