Only 11 this year!  The year of the Gygax Auction?!  How can we only have 11?

Olympics

But 2014 will have the World SF Con only 20 miles from our house on the same weekend as Gencon. Bad timing :(

Cheers,

I will be at the con, but not sure I will be there for the dinner. Probably more in the same boat.

I gotta see this Pope room!

Things are coming together.  Just maybe.  We'll see.

It's that time of year. time to meet, sup and get ready for Gencon 2012.  Please let me know if you intend to participate.  Dinner will be 7 pm Wednesday night at Bucca de Beppo.

Add "Contrarian + guest" to the list!

(I swear this "+ guest" isn't going to break up with me before the convention, like the last two I made plans with.)

I get in around 5PM, and will try to make it (assuming the will call line isn't 3 hours long already!)

Gen Con - "the best 4 days in gaming" -  but the worst 5 nights for sleeping (time for that at work the next week).

Greywolf,

We now have way to many folks attending to squeeze into the Pope room but you will go right past it on your way into the main dining room.

Martin,
Since I now crown you as Gen Con organizer I could use some parking suggetions. Not staying at downtown hotel.

There is a $5 a day parking lot located at the corner of Meridan and South streets.   This is the parking lot I use for Gencon.

Is there anything going on after the dinner? I could run a short adventure if we can find a spot and people have time.

Hey Guys,

We currently have 17 people attending.  Bucca says they will give us our own room with Banquet menus if we can get to 20.  Who are we missing?  Looks like TIm Kask is has not stopped by anyone else.  Just need a few more folks.  Help me get the word out!

I have a good chance of being there if I can book a standby ticket. My wife (who will not be at the dinner) and I were going to try to get there that morning. I give it 70%, I will know more soon.

Lol, you misunderstand :) I'll ask her, but Mrs. Nog's only interest in RPG's is that they take up too much space and they keep coming in the mail.

Thanks, and I will ask her it was kind of you to make the invitation to her as well.

Zach,

in the past, wife's and kids have come to the dinner.  It's just a dinner.  Everyone is welcome.  There is no secret hand-shake (kind of wish there was one).
