Me, at the GenCon Auction. Around 2004 iirc.

On most forums I use Charley the Bolotomus, wearing sunglasses on a table at the GenCon Auction:

For now, a scene from the "horror" movie Poltergeist.

Mine is one of Julie Guthrie's minis - I really like it, so I took a picture and photoshopped it to appear as if it is made of water.  Kind of.

Gnat, I always wondered about yours.  Thanks for the more detailed picture.

Dunno... you'd have to ask Jason. ;)

Will have to change back at some point, I guess... *g*

Since I won't be there this year, I can't.  But next year . . . put me down for running one.  Enough of this playing, anyway.  I need to get back to DM'ing.

I'm sort of afraid to ask why.

Evil from Time Bandits.  Not only because it is a cool movie, but I've always loved the way this particular image is staring back intently at the viewer.

By now I am so used to seeing it, it would be strange to have another avatar looking back at me!  8O

Adventurers emerging triumphantly from the dungeon, taken from the 1e PHB. That image has resonated with me for some reason since I first saw it the first time I paged through a D&D product. I use that pretty much everywhere.

Lord Kilgore was last seen entering the Lost Caverns some years ago...

Daffy Duck, as Robin Hood.

It's my favorite cartoon from what is -- arguably -- the greatest series of cartoons ever made, i.e., the Chuck Jones shorts from the 50s.
Tex Avery's works being a close second.

The reason is that the only time I was ever a D&D player I played a thief.   Since then, I've been a DM.

And there's always been a whimsical aspect to our games.

My dog Samual doing what he does most of the time now.  Almost 13 years old, has an enlarged heart, born with an underdeveloped back leg (a bit smaller than the other one), extra set of eyelashes, overbite, etc.
