DSR was a 4.9 to begin with. I'd have hit 5.0 a while back if this were the case..
I actually spoke with ebay about this... Somewhere after they intiated the original inane
DSR system they realized that human nature was negatively influencing the scores. They forgot to give people specific guidance as to the
DSR scores... so left to their own devices they might leave a score of 4 for a certain category which is actually a BAD score for an otherwise good seller or a good "average" transaction. Also, people are more apt to leave a bad feedback when upset about something... even if that "something" is fixable.... the vast majority of good transactions where the person rec'd the item in a timely manner as described, but with no feedback being left, were initially not counted... Anyway, I may have some of the details wrong but this is the general gist.... Regarding your 4.9 score... since there is some rounding involved you need to get to 4.95 to post a 5... maybe you started at 4.85... or since you are offering free shipping and have been for awhile that math is simply eliminated... actually I think that is the case because when I leave feedback for a "free shipper" ebay doesn't even allow me to score that.
