And we're not living in a Deliverance-like environment.

And I'm wondering how my name got tied in to hair salons... anybody who has seen me knows I'm not in need.  :?

It's not the kind of salon that deals with head hair....

Actually in the US, IRS tax returns are protected by very strict privacy laws.  Returns are not even released in the case of deadbeat dads to find their location and income.  Why?  The IRS wants its money and knows if they don't keep the information totally confidential then people will stop filing their annual income reports.

Spokeo.com is much better than Pipl.com, it even shows your political party affiliation.

She want's to be contact via Facebook, and when you don't have Facebook, how's that suppose to work ...

Thus my post of the public information about her.

Pisses me off when when someone presumes everyone uses Facebook !

I don't even have a cell phone with a camera or texting, it's a cell phone for pete's sake, computers are for emails (who needs texting) and I have cameras for taking pictures !

Me neither. I figure if I haven't been in touch with someone for ten years, there's probably a damn good reason, and I'm not gonna make it easier on them... But if someone wanted to contact this Valerie person badly enough, my understanding is that it takes about a minute to sign up on Facebook.

I was on Face book for a few months, problem was that I had all these people from my past trying to connect with me and I did not want to connect with them!!

I thought it was kinda waste of time too

I joined last year to find some old army buddies and the next thing I knew I was lured into everyone's mafia and farms.
I was spending my lunch break committing felonies and fertilizing make-believe farms for people I hadn't seen in 20 years.

Said goodbye to f in January and haven't looked back.  8)

I have a Facebook account, but it doesn't have my real name on it, hence people will have a harder time of trying to find me (if they really wanted to). And I've shut off all the games options on Facebook... God what a giant time-sink that would be...

RPG’s, D&D in particular has had a major influence in my life. It’s bonded me together with life long friends...it’s that bond in life not just as friends, but in our jokes, our mannerisms, and what we find funny. Invincible Overlord
