Well, you should not be so severe. Consider that when a seller has a high volume of sales the chance to encounter Customers from Hell rise quickly. I got a series of Negatives from a guy indignant for me using a price sticker (with the smalles amount possible of glue) on a series of 5 euros comic books. And another one from a complete she-moron (moroness?   ) that bought a copy of an unauthorized Star Trek RPG (only in Italy... sigh...   ), gave me the WRONG address (I discovered it when the envelope came back to me) and left a Negative for not getting the book. When I contacted the she-jerk, she told 'oh, perhaps I used the wrong address...'      So, cut us some slack  

Meanwhile, it seems that eBay Luxembourg    decided to raise my limits: now I can have 65,000 dollars of items for sale at any time. Why they are not using euros is beyond my understanding

But I am not judging you or anyone else - I am just saying that the criteria that interests me is positve feedback and lack of negative or neutrals - the more feedback a seller has, the more I expect them to make the customer happy . . . as that is their business.

I must say that Italians are very trigger happy with Negative feedback. I have virtually no Negatives from non Italian buyers    and I'm a top seller in the UK/Ireland   Alas, Italians usually fear to be somewhat had, conned, defrauded so they react... quickly and with extreme prejudice
