Brom asks 5K for a commission (last I asked him) and his art is stellar. With print rights and that stuff it could be more $$$. He can do no wrong though and as far as a "collectable" item I think his print would generate the most interest in the general population (and possibly become more valued/ wanted).

Den B is a really cool guy but a FUCKTARD here on this very forum pissed him off/harassed him (and his wife) so I'm guessing he would say "fuck that shit". Just my opinion. His work is stellar/top notch as well though and I've seen more of it than anyone else:)

I'm in. Don't have an opinion about how many should be created. Would be nice to keep it under $100. And will leave the medium and artist and/or author to those far more knowledgeable.

We got lucky with the EO commission committee. I think there was a lot of hard work behind the scenes that made that such a success. Just wanted to thank them again.

Of course, I'm in.

Would like to see any of the old school artists such as Rosloff, Easley, Elmore, and so on. However, I will support this project whoever the members decide should be spotlighted next.

I'd like to go with Easley or Elmore, personally, but cant say I'll be in yet due to circumstances.

But I'd agree, only members who are known should sign up, because the EO went to hands it shouldn't IMO, as they've never contributed to the site or been back since.

Hi,

Apologies for crashing in but couldn't help notice the mention of Den Beauvais...

I have no idea what actually happened with the past problem(s) mentioned above (i.e. how serious) but I'd be surprised if Den would carry a 'grudge' about all Acaeum users because of one idiot.

I managed to get pulled for (serious) speeding while getting him back to the airport on his visit to UK Gen Con. Den was cracking jokes with the police while sneakily snapping away, the pictures of which he later sent over having... 'modified' them. Given I'd nearly buggered up his flight back home you'd imagine he had every right to be p*ssed. Not a chance. He'd just spent 5 days without much sleep, having to eat university canteen food, being jumped on by the convention attendees pretty much continously and the guy was an absolute star, a gem.

If you were serious about the 'Chess' art though, be prepared for a price to match - I tried to get hold of one of the main works as it was used as a theme for that years convention. Made me think twice (though I regret not saying 'yes' now

).

I am guessing the Burntwires could give a possible cost on an Easley piece?

Maybe look for his blog about his recent situation online... it's about as serious as it gets. FUCKTARD ASSHOLE posting here just exacerbated the situation... when I visited Den's home in SD his wife was nearly in tears about it. I'm guessing he doesn't crack jokes about it or shrug it off;)

i'm very happy with the otus piece and would certainly be interested in a similar piece from another "experienced" tsr artist. i suppose elmore or easley would be my preference. if anyone actually does pick up this ball and run with it, thank you in advance!
