Mailed Friday 23rd, so I'd expect they should land in the Highlands any day now!  :D

Yeah, it has taken the biscuit somewhat. I'm hoping that Bill comes good on the delivery arriving this week and we don't have another "Its in the post" moment.

Straight-batting goes a lot further than ducking & diving when dealing in sales like this.

Hi Bill,

Has this package shipped now?
The guys here are just looking to close this out.

Cheers,
Ian

This week I've been mostly eating . . . The white ones with the little red flecks in them.

Yes, it is shipped via priority mail. I am out of town and left the tracking number slip on the desk. I will get it to you asap. But should arrive in next few days. I think priority is about 5 -7 days to UK, so by Monday or Tuesday.

It has a few extras to distribute as you see fit, too. Keep something for yourself for all the work.

Bill

And I could've bought these damn modules off the 1$ rack!!!

Yay!
I'll get things sorted out at this end. There is a stray order I'm aware of that I'll cover at this end. It'll be good to get these posted out to people.

Cheers Bill, but wasn't it posted around October 23rd? If its on its way, all well and good as it should be imminent.

I did not get to post office until later in that week. I thought I could use the automated machine after hours (my post office closes before I can get home from work). They used to have late hours but they stopped and I had no idea. I was able to hit the post office Saturday before I had to leave town for work. At least they are still open Saturday mornings.

Fair enough Bill, but as of the 26th, you said they were already posted.

On the way to Ian. I will get him a tracking number asap. Out of town for a couple days. Mailed on Friday last week

Bill, I get that we all get busy and serious shit happens, I haven't had chance to get any art together for you on the mods you asked, but tbh, I'd rather you'd said they weren't posted than giving a curve ball buddy.

Let us know straight and I'd have come back to buy more mods in the future and would've tried harder to get some art for you. At the mo, can't say it's top of my list of things to do, sorry.  :(

Fair enough. I posted that because I was going to stop after work like I always do. I figured I would try and get out of work early, but it just never happened. Then I got bounced out of town again, so I made sure I got them out on Saturday.

Also, the next module will be sent free of charge to all UK customers who have previously purchased. Not just shipping, but module and shipping. I really dropped the ball and fumbled around more than anyone reasonably should expect on this. It is the least I can do. I have already emailed some buyers in UK regarding this, but I might as well post it here, too.

It does not make things right, but I owe that much regardless.

They better. I have basically stopped all operations until I get the whole thing reorganized. There is a reason I have not published anything since June. I am basically a one man show trying to do way too much and it has not worked in too many cases.
My intention with the UK bulk shipping was to save everyone money on postage. That backfired to a massive problem. Every box sent over - and there is no other way to ship and be safe - it costs $44. I can't imagine anyone paying $44 to order one module.
So in my stupid effort to do what I thought was the right thing, I screwed myself and several buyers. Also keep in mind that not all the orders came in at the same time, so I held off when I just should have shipped and been done with it all. Again, I am not making excuses, it is my responsibility. I accept the fault without reservation. All I can do is try and compensate for the issue and move forward.
All that said, I have not been idle. Looking backward I can figure out what are the problems and how to fix them in the future. I can guarrantee this will never happen again. The system for group sales in the UK will not be the same as it is now - which simply does not  work. If the new system works, I think it will make everyone happy.

Bill thanks for posting. I support your endeavour and want to buy your products but unless things have changed for people ordering from the UK I just can't justify it.

Answered before it was asked.  :)

Indeed.  However an indication of what the new system actually is might help. ;)

There are several options. I am trying to get the detail worked out.
One option relates back to the Standing Order Program. International buyers will be on a separate system individually.
Another option will have modules sent to a distributer in the UK for sale and purchases will be made through the distributor. This one requires more legwork for me up front, but basically, you can buy the module locally and it will already be in the UK.
I will let you know how things shake out. The big hurdle for all of this is postage, as usual. It is just so damn expensive to send a single module to the UK.

Please do.  As I said it is an endeavour I would like to support but given the problems so far I struggle to justify it.
