Something is bleeding all over the entire right side of my bracket ... an orc, maybe? A Nilbog?

Ok, so now that the game is over, what the hell was all the hype over Siena? I saw some "professionals" brackets who had them in the Sweet Sixteen. What was that about?

Two reasons, mainly:

1. They had won first-round games in the last two years, both times as the higher seed. So they had the upset pedigree.

2. Purdue was without its best player, Robbie Hummel, who tore every piece of tissue in his knee about four weeks ago.

See, not knowing about Hummel actually helped me....I might have picked Siena otherwise....

JG's Texas A&M pick surviving longer than Kansas ... dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!

Well, half the players are pretty much finished before Round 2 is complete.

That shot at the end of the game may have been the biggest bracket busting shot of all time.

I bet fully half of America watched their bracket go to hell today...

Looks like the one shot condensed our contest down to Mike and Shane.  Good luck.

Can't believe I'm still in 3rd.  However, I picked Kansas to win it all so I think that I will drop fast.

Living in the Mid-west I knew that No. Iowa was a really good team, I just did not think they were that good.

Mich St vs Ohia St a real possibility now.  It will be hard for No. Iowa to play a good game (against Mich St) as they are now metally exhausted.

Crazy year.

Still holding on to third.  However, davidc, kingofpain, lucyjoyce, and yaya all look like they are sneaking up on me for the quadruple backstab.

Wow, another #1 knocked out last night with Syracuse/Butler. Not to mention that Xavier/Kansas State extravaganze (two ots!) That should almost wrap it up for me to win my first ever NCAA tournment pick'em (Baylor winning today and Kentucky tomorrow would put the bow on the package, I believe).  This has been one of the craziest tournaments in history and it's not over yet.  Who knew the year I would kick bracket ass I wasn't playing for money?

This is how messed up this year is....I'm in the 98th percentile of pickers on Yahoo, and I'm actually #19,644 out of the tens of thousands of yahoo bracket pickers. If my big upset pick Baylor somehow makes the final four I think I'll be in the 99th percentile which is insane. This has to be my best finish ever no matter what happens ahead (I mean, if Ohio State wins it all my board is busted, but then so is everyone elses....)

If somehow West Virginia end up in the finals and takes it all Xaxxaxe wins....so the fix isn't in yet.

Holy crap two upsets today and Xaxaxe is in a great position to win it all. Now if Baylor doesn't make the final four I'm sunk!!! West Virginia or Duke winning gets X the championship!  When is the last time there wasn't a #1 in the Final Four? Never?

So my plan for lulling you all to sleep starting two Fridays ago actually worked? Woot!

Or something like that. The West Virginia-Kentucky result was a huge swing, obviously. Without a win there, I'd guess I finish near 10th.

I'm off to buy my "West Virginia Final Four" T-shirt ... let's go, Mountaineers!

The way I see it, if West Virginia beats Duke than I will tie with Mike for 1st Place.  IF WV wins than Xaxaxa wins correct?

Sorry, my post above is incorrect.  I need Duke to beat WV.
