Hi Foul - not necessarily a "bug" , but I am posting it here as I figure you check this thread regularly.

It should allow that (an .xls file, at least). I just tried it with my account, as well as a non-administrator account, and it worked fine. Can you double check the extension, and that it's still giving you that message?

Foul,

I got it to work. It was definitely an .xls file, however, I had saved it first as an xls and then saved it again as an .htm. I tried it with some other .xls files and they worked, so I went to the excel file in question, saved it again and renamed it. Then it worked . . . I am sure it is nothing that will come up again.

Nope. :) You get 100 messages in your PM box, and 100 more in your Saved box. If you wish to save / archive more PMs than that, you'll have to export them out, via the links at the bottom of the Inbox.

Scott, do those message counts by chance increase if you're a site supporter?

I should mention -- I hadn't looked this up before -- you can create up to four separate PM folders yourself, each of which can hold 100 messages. From the UCP / Private Messages, select Rules, folders, & settings, then "Add Folder".

You can also change the settings so that instead of new PMs deleting old ones, you can choose to have them move into another folder, or wait in queue until you have room for them to be delivered (which means you have to move/delete other messages to make room for the pending ones).

I just noticed that my .sig wasn't displaying properly. Apparently there's a new limit of 5 lines maximum in .sigs (in addition to the 255 character limit), so I re-jiggered my .sig a bit and it displays OK now. I figured other folks might not have noticed either....

I discovered the 5-line rule when I first tried to put a signature in. The system let me know. Apparently it failed to inform those whose existing sigs exceeded the new limits.

I noticed that the Last Visit Date for folks isn't populating for all users: is that because we can turn it on/off in our profiles, or is it not working properly?
