I suspect, perhaps unkindly, that they are trying to capitalise upon the recent GW character sheet and floorplan auctions that went really high.
HOWEVER those auctions went really high because of the condition (e.g. character sheets mint in shrink).

[edit: looking at the 2nd auction, it is deffo not in good condition, now I have no idea why it went so high  :D ]

Let's go fly a kite
Up to the highest height!

While these are indeed rare, they came with 50 sheets.

This one has just five (5) sheets remaining...... hence the posting here, as the  $195 BIN  is Too high by far.

*sigh*

Another stock photo?

If the five (5) sheets still had the cover, then someone could always frankenstein the set later...

The one that got away. I almost got physically sick when I saw this auction had completed and the final price.

BIN price but the seller didn't go through with the deal (per the feedback left). It might have been a mistake...it might have been a valid BIN that the seller didn't know what he had. Who knows.

Thanks Grey M. I saw that and thought, I was going to have to surf ebay 24 hours a day just so I never missed a deal like that again.

$275 is probably low for that. It looked like some of those pastel modules were in shrinkwrap.

Can you imagine being he guy who thought he won that one and then didn't get the stuff? Wow.

I just sold this junk lot on Ebay, pretty roughed up crap really.  :puker:

** expired/removed eBay auction **

To my surprise the auction went to a re-seller within minutes of being listed, was it that low of a buy out?  Or did I miss something  :?

Reselling this junk will not be easy for that guy, I really wanted it to go to a AD&D player.

Hi,

nah, if a reseller is low on stock then its a decent lot.

Even Malc would have made a straight offer around $110, and he's tight as the proverbial :)

Cheers,
KAL

Aside from not knowing which edition...

Really? Expecting $150 for this? If all first prints, perhaps.

$150 for 30 items, one of which is a ToEE? Very low price. More like $250-$300 I would have listed it at.

That's a fun little lot, Jeff, I'd have bought those just to have extra play copies for that price. $150-$200 is about right, depending on the damage and wear, but they look ok from the pic.
